The Project

Casitas at Shaw Creek is a $35 million multifamily development in Ferris, Texas. The project comprises 204 residential units across six three-story buildings, plus a 5,000 sq ft retail building, all on an 11.4-acre site.

The development offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plans with a full amenity package including a pool, fitness center, resident clubhouse, dog park, and outdoor grilling and dining areas. It represents the first institutional-quality multifamily project of its kind in the area.

Gravity CGI delivered aerial siteplan visualization to support the development's marketing and investor presentation:
